Fund operations are directed by the Board of Trustees, elected by the general membership of the Fund. The Trustees meet four to five times a year and are responsible for management and oversight of the Fund. They review financial performance, underwriting performance, and authorize all claim settlements.

Ms. Plassman represents Heritage Cleaners. She has been a member of the Fund since 2000 and a member of the board since 2008.
Jeff Fetters, Vice-Chair, St. Joseph
Mr. Fetters represents Sanitary Cleaners. He has been a member of the Fund since 1987 and a member of the board since 2004.
Neil Soper, Treasurer, Lansing
Mr. Soper represents Sohn Linen Service. He has been a member of the Fund and board since 2002.
Dave Dupuis, Trustee, Bay City
Mr. Dupuis represents Clayton Cleaners. He has been a member of the Fund since 1999 and a member of the board since 2001.
Roger Buys, Trustee, Grand Rapids
Mr. Buys represents JoyMar, Inc. He has been a member of the Fund since 2006 and was appointed to the board in 2009.
Dave Barlow, Trustee, Clio
Mr. Barlow represents Jan's Professional Cleaners and has been a member of the Fund since 1997 and has been a member of the board since 2010.
Steve Fry, Trustee, Brighton
Mr. Fry represents Presidential Cleaners. He has been a member of the Fund and a member of the board since 2010.
Sarah Wrubel, Trustee, Kalamazoo
Ms. Wrubel represents Continental Linen. She became a member of the Fund and a Trustee in 2013.
Matt Koster, Trustee, Holland
Mr. Koster represents Enviro-Clean Services, Inc. He has been a member of the Fund since 2015 and a member of the board since 2016.
John Allen, Trustee, Flint
Mr. Allen represents DM Burr Facilities Management. He has been a member of the Fund since 2016 and a member of the board since 2021.
